David Medearis
Attorney at Law

Medearis Law Firm, PLLC was formed in January of 2022 by David Medearis, formerly a Director and Vice President of a prestigious Houston law firm, where he practiced commercial litigation since 2003.

David Medearis graduated with honors from the University of Houston Law Center in 2003, receiving his law degree, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston Clear Lake. David is a native Houstonian who grew up in Friendswood. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and admitted to practice in the all four U.S. District Courts in the State of Texas – the Southern District of Texas, Western District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, and Northern District of Texas.

During his 18 years with Sullins Johnston Rohrbach & Magers, David represented hundreds of clients in civil disputes in a wide range of cases, including real estate and contract disputes, personal injury, unfair competition, fraud and deceptive trade practices, employment discrimination, and construction and insurance disputes. David has a 5 star rating on Google as well as the legal consumer website, Avvo.com, based on client reviews, and he has successfully tried and/or settled hundreds of claims.

Jared Davidson
Associate Attorney

Jared’s practice focuses on representing clients in civil litigation and real estate disputes. He is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same institution. Before joining the legal profession, Jared served in the United States Army with deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq, bringing a unique perspective to his practice. Jared is committed to achieving the best possible results for his clients, approaching each case with a strategic and client-focused mindset.

Domenic Santilli
Real Estate Broker

Domenic is a licensed Real Estate Broker through the Texas Real Estate Commission and adheres to the philosophy that turning something you love into your career means you’ll never have to work a day in your life. He embraces this mindset as he works all hours of the day and every day of the year to help clients find solutions to meet their real estate needs, whether it is buying, selling, or leasing.

Domenic grew up in Friendswood Texas. Living in Texas since he was eight years old has allowed him to build an extensive network and form close relationships in the local community. He has been blessed with the opportunity to turn his passion into a career and has spent the last twenty years in the real estate business. Real estate is about relationships and details and Domenic works diligently with our attorneys and professional real estate staff to help our clients navigate through their real estate transitions.
