David Medearis

Medearis Law Firm, PLLC was formed in January of 2022 by David Medearis, formerly a Director and Vice President of a prestigious Houston law firm, where he practiced commercial litigation since 2003.

David Medearis graduated with honors from the University of Houston Law Center in 2003, receiving his law degree, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston Clear Lake. David is a native Houstonian who grew up in Friendswood. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas.

David has represented hundreds of clients in civil disputes in a wide range of cases, including real estate and contract disputes, personal injury, unfair competition, fraud and deceptive trade practices, employment discrimination, and construction and insurance disputes. He has successfully tried and/or settled hundreds of claims and has practiced law throughout the entire State of Texas.

Domenic is a licensed Real Estate Broker through the Texas Real Estate Commission and adheres to the philosophy that turning something you love into your career means you’ll never have to work a day in your life. He embraces this mindset as he works all hours of the day and every day of the year to help clients find solutions to meet their real estate needs, whether it is buying, selling, or leasing.

Domenic grew up in Friendswood Texas. Living in Texas since he was eight years old has allowed him to build an extensive network and form close relationships in the local community. He has been blessed with the opportunity to turn his passion into a career and has spent the last twenty years in the real estate business. Real estate is about relationships and details and Domenic works diligently with our attorneys and professional real estate staff to help our clients navigate through their real estate transitions.
